How to unlock the user with out password reset
there is no direct way... this is a workaround
Alter login [test1] with CHECK_POLICY = OFF
go
Alter login [test1] with CHECK_POLICY = ON
go
Alter login [test1] with CHECK_POLICY = OFF
go
Alter login [test1] with CHECK_POLICY = ON
go
